I built GroKul because I've lived the journey you're on. From earning my DVM in India, to completing my PhD at UW-Madison, to post-doctoral research and faculty life in San Antonio — I understand the academic path deeply.
Then I made the leap to industry. Over 25 years in global biopharma leadership, including a decade at the highest levels of big pharma, I've hired, mentored, and coached hundreds of biotechnology professionals.
I've walked the path from the lab bench to the leadership table, across academia and industry, in India, the US and Europe. I coach from that lived experience, with practical guidance on the moves that actually change careers.
